CATERING SALES COORDINATOR (full time)
In this role, the Sales & Catering Coordinator is responsible for effectively supporting the Sales Department. The incumbent is responsible for soliciting, finalizing and coordinating the proper operation of all meeting space functions. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel breakfast buffet which consists of the ordering of food and beverage for both Catering and Rooms divisions as well as staffing and scheduling. The incumbent will also be assisting the Director of Sales & Marketing with any other administrative duties as assigned.

Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent monitors & maintains hotel’s facilities and equipment to preserve and maximize life of facilities and equipment and optimize safety and comfort of guests.
